The Department of Mathematics in the Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences of the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California, seeks to fill two tenure-track positions, one at the Assistant Professor level and one at the Assistant/Associate Professor level. The anticipated start date of these positions is August 2020.
The department is particularly interested in mathematicians whose research encompasses aspects of geometry and topology. Candidates should have demonstrated excellence in research and a strong commitment to graduate and undergraduate education. A doctoral degree is required at the time of appointment.
